Cancellation Policy

Friends, we understand that sometimes life happens!

As a business, Fresh Home Cleaning strives to serve all customers the best way possible. In order to do so, please read our company cancellation policy and consideration.

All of Fresh Home Cleaning customers should seek and agree to our Cancellation Policy prior to the initial clean through e-mail.

Service Cancellations or re-scheduling can be done up to 48 business hours before the scheduled appointment FREE of any cost. Cancellations or re-scheduling within 48 business hours will generate an $80 charge for recurring fixed rate cleanings.

For scheduled hourly rate cleanings, 50% of the total scheduled hours will be charged.

Ex: If we have given you an estimate of 4-6 hours and a cancellation is done within the 48 hours prior to the appointment, customer will be responsible for 3 hours of payment cancellation.

Cancellations at the client door voids any service voucher, or appointment and the full cleaning amount is due.

If we have scheduled your home for an initial clean of 4-6 hours and cancellation is done at the door, the customer is responsible for the full amount of 6 hours.

Cleaning changes or cancellations of an existing schedule, the client MUST COMMUNICATE WITHIN OUR OFFICE’S BUSINESS HOURS (9:00 AM TO 4:30 PM – Monday to Friday) IN WRITING and Fresh Home Cleaning must acknowledge it.

FOR ANY COMMUNICATION WITH FRESH HOME CLEANING, the client agrees to use the email and phones here listed:

No emails, testing or voice calls will be checked or considered if sent out of business hours (9 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday)
