This notice describes the information handled by Fresh Home Cleaning LLC ("Fresh Home Cleaning," “FHC”, "we," "us," or "our") and its website, contact tools, and service operations.

Information you choose to provide

The general contact form asks for your name, email address, preferred reply method, service interest, and message, with optional telephone number and ZIP code fields. The unsubscribe form asks for the email address you want removed. Do not send sensitive personal information through these forms.

When a form is submitted, the notification can also include the submission date and time, originating page and campaign parameters, browser and device summary, preferred language, IP address, and approximate location and network information supplied by Cloudflare. This request context helps FHC understand the inquiry, respond at an appropriate time, and investigate spam or delivery problems. It is not used by these forms to enroll you in marketing.

Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in to receive text messages from Fresh Home Cleaning, we may send appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional messages. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our inquiry form or service agreement, or by texting START to (240) 720-1157. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you'll receive a one-time confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the information below.

Photos and service location information

As part of delivering cleaning services, our crew may capture photos of serviced areas for quality assurance and service documentation. Our crew also uses GPS/location data to confirm arrival and support accurate scheduling. This information is used internally and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We will never use photos of your home for marketing or promotional purposes without asking your permission first.

How the information is used

Fresh Home Cleaning uses contact-form information to respond to your inquiry. An unsubscribe request is sent to the FHC team so the supplied address can be removed from its marketing email lists. These website forms do not enroll you in marketing.

Service providers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Transactional form notifications are delivered through Resend with service attribution from Wizards Services. Estimate and scheduling requests submitted through the embedded Service Autopilot form are handled by Service Autopilot under its own service and privacy terms. The embedded form connects directly to Service Autopilot when you visit the estimate page.

Your choices

You may avoid the general inquiry and contact forms and call (301) 519-8035. If you do not want to receive text messages, simply leave the SMS consent box unchecked when submitting the inquiry form — your inquiry will still be processed normally. If you've already opted in and want to stop, reply STOP to any message at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of information previously sent to us, email customerservice@fresh-homecleaning.com.
